This Montrose Trundle bed is designed to roll underneath regular beds that have a high enough clearance from the floor to the base, and is suitable for an Innerspring or Futon Mattress to be placed on top. The platform base allows making the bed a breeze.

Perfectly suited to slide under our Kingston or Airley beds in any size.

A Single sized Montrose Trundle can also be paired with a King Single Daintree or Hawthorn bed.

The bed base it is to go under needs to have at least a 39 cm clearance from the floor to the bottom of the bed frame. (dependant on the mattress height) Two of the 6 castors have locks to secure the trundle in place. Suitable for Children.

Frame of 70 x 35 mm with 65mm castors brings the height to 135mm. Three slat panels create the slat base.

MADE TO ORDER in Organatures’ workshop using Australian hardwood. Using timber without chemical fumigation.

ORGANIC FINISHES: Choose raw and sanded, or with natural plant and mineral based oil. We source our oils from Livos who have a range of other colours, you may choose to purchase raw and sanded and apply the oils yourself, here is a link to the Livos website: Livos.

PLEASE NOTE: Our slat panels on the base of the trundle are supplied raw and sanded. The slats are not generally seen once the mattress has been added. We believe it's better to leave the slats themselves natural and reduce the risk of the oil being transferred onto your organic mattress.
