BOOMERANG PILLOWCASE - Organic Raw Cosy Flannel
Boomerang shaped pillowcaseĀ made in Australia from pure 100% Organic Cotton Flannel. This fabric is super soft and fluffy. Perfect for warming up on those chilly winter nights and as a comfortable covering in warmer weather as well.
Our cosy flannel fabrics are a brushed organic cotton ā not a flannelette ā so there are no itchy or sneezy fibres to irritate anyone, and they are about 280 ā 285 gsm. Some people may even call it luxury organic flannelette. This fabric is also raw, which means it is un-dyed, un-bleached, un-treated in any way and has natural flecks in the colouration. Natural, pure Organic and unbleached is the ideal choice for people wanting to live as allergy-free and sensitivity-free as possible.

Fibre Shedding in Natural Fleece and Cosy Flannel Fabric
Shedding or fluffing of fibres is a natural production effect of certain fabrics, such our Fleece and Cosy Flannel.
These fabrics are processed in a 'brushing' machine after weaving which also vacuum extracts the loose fibres, however, these fabrics will continue to shed or fluff as part of their natural response to use. This will reduce in time and will not impact the quality of the product.
Important Information about Cosy Flannel
The Cosy Flannel fabric will shrink to size with washing, so some products are made to larger specifications to allow for this.
As the fabric is 230 cm wide, side joins are added to achieve the full sheet size for some products (all Flat Sheets and Fitted Sheets in Queen, King and Super King). The full width is used in the centre, and the seam joins are very small and fall mainly outside sleeping area (ie. not under where the body generally lays).
Baby bedding sizes are made in one piece without these joins.
Care Instructions
WASHING: Maximum temperature for washing cotton is 40 C as anything higher than this may degrade the fibres and reduce the lifespan of your product. We recommend below 30 C for Organic Cotton. Do not use commercial softening products as they may affect your health and alter the organic nature of the product.
DRYING: Line dry; avoid strong sunlight which can cause bleaching and deterioration of this quality fabric. May be machine dried on low heat, keeping it below the maximum temperature of 30 C. Iron with steam if needed.
